I highly doubt it. I'm a bit embarrassed as a fan of NA that they got to worlds at all. Not the team I wanted representing us.

2 of the teams didn't finish even in the top 4 in the regular season (TSM 5th, C9 7th). Afraid to even read twitter cause of all the "NA is garbage" responses.

They are NA, so no.

I think C9 will win a game or two.

I don't think IG is all that strong they are a flawed strong team or they would not be 3rd.

Even korea in powerhouse time the 3rd team was just strong.

C9 probably has no chance at all. You can't compete at the level of Worlds playing a rookie jungler. Hai is going to be abused so bad that it's going to be brutal. I would love to see them advance, but I don't see it happening.

C9 have been unlucky because they are going to fight against some of the teams that have been consistent this season in Fnatic and aHQ and their main strength against NA competitiors at gauntlet was shotcalling In some other group, for example D, they would have had decent chances to get out of groups In group B, they could be able to win 1 or 2 games, but getting out of groups? I don't think so. If everything, they will decide who is going to be eliminated from the group because of the losses vs them

No. They can't. They have to beat one of two teams that I would call some of the top 6 teams in the world.

i agree its going to be really tough, but its possible

How much one thinks C9 gets out of groups depends on either how much you believe in miracles or how insane you are.

I'm not really sure that C9 can actually get out of their group, but you never know for sure.

I love C9, they're by far my favorite NA team, or just any regions really. I give them about... 30% chances of getting out of group stage. I hope they can make it obviously, but they are in a really strong group. I have similarly small hopes for TSM. B and D are the strongest groups by far. C is already settled, only have to know if SKT or EDG are getting top seed. A is the weakest, which gives CLG a very good chance of making it out of groups.

Ig will destroy fnc lol c9 has a chance with there unpredictability and the fact that they usually have the most bizarre calls that works out usually

That is all.

C9 has a chance, there is always a chance, but even I have to admit they are pretty huge under-dogs. Honestly it is really hard to say who will get out of this group. Could see fnatic not get out honestly if they choke.

Realistically, CLG should be NA's hope this year. I don't think the other two teams have the best starting schedule. It'll be fun to see all the teams react to the Juggernaut fiasco, even if they are nerfed in 5.18

Earl Eulrich9/13/2015, 1:58:34 PM1 votes

that´s not really a fact....ahq has shown to be on about the same level as fnatic during MSI and IG may be even stronger. So well...as not even fnatic is a save call i´d say it´s unlikly for C9 to make it. Though 5.18 sure is another game than anything pre 5.16 - so if C9 manages to adapt better than others they might be up for a surprise.
