I'd say yes, but only on a purchaseable skin. Like "Hired Gun". The free base model I understand, and agree with why they removed it. Besides that Mafia Graves, Gentleman Cho'Gath, and Gragas Esq. all have tobacco paraphernalia. All of them skins you have to buy.
