EDIT: WOW!! Post of the Day! AGAIN! Thanks Mom and Dad! And Baconhawk of course! ;) A lot of different opinions down below btw. Let's all agree to root for gg and for fun!

So, today was the first day of Worlds (YAAAAY!!!) and we got a pretty hip song from Imagine Dragons exclusively for the event (apparently they love League. Awesome right?) Anyway, since it has begun I'd like to throw a question here in the boards:

#Who are you rooting for to take home the Summoner's Cup this year?

Personally, I'm rooting for TSM! I think this year with Bjergsen and all, they have a way better chance of winning Worlds! But, I'm also rooting for Fnatic since they're european like me. :D

i was rooting for tsm till regi started acting like an asshole on twitter for no apparent reason. On one hand i like their players but on the other hand their management causes more drama than 14 year old girls. Im really excited for c9 tho, and I think LMQ and Fnatic actually have a shot at getting out of group C

Anyone buy TSM. I'm sorry, but Regi and Locodoco are acting like idiots. They need to realise that this is an international event and when they post things online with malicious intent, THEY WILL PAY. Right Riot?

Short of that, I guess I'm rooting for Uzi since he's probably one of the best players in the finals and he didn't quite make it last year.

Glory for the Alliance. CLG.eu was my first favorite LoL team, and Froggen my favorite player so my allegiance has past on to the Alliance. Wickd always has that pocket weird pick and Froggen always plays his best, so they're fun to watch.

Cloud9-they're my favorite NA LCS team and it would be nice to see them win at Worlds this year and time around as well, so there's that at least.

My team is c9 all the way. :)

So far in worlds, though, the picks and bans have been uninteresting. It feels less like, "Who's the best team" and more like "Who's the best kha/lee sin/lucian/thresh". I suppose it's understandable that they'd wanna go with "safe" picks, but I'm sure these guys practiced other team comps that worked. Let's get some champ variety guys! :D

Hype trains are lame who the heck wants to see the team that's "supposed" to win, win every year knowing it's always going to be Korea that is "supposed" to win.

I don't care how much people downplay NA, I'm rooting for TSM as my favorite team and a team from my region. And if TSM are knocked out I want C9 to win then.

It would be a good sight to kill off some of the Korean hype, it's getting so bad that it's even getting in the way of the analyst desk guys and the casters in general. No one will ever have hope for other regions if the analyst keep downplaying non-Korean teams.

Every time a Korean team gets a win....."They dominated, outplayed, perfect shot calling".

Every time a non-Korean team gets a win....."Their opponents team comp was bad, the other team had a bad laning phase".

Actually it isn't so much a Korean specific thing. Just in general all the favored teams are represented positively while the casters kind of make a mockery of other regions by downplaying any good games to "The other team was off".

I want Fnatic to win again to retake there throne of the worlds. I also would want C9 as my second idea. TSM Is overated, but then again so are C9 And Fnatic. I think I am biased though.

Not sure really; I heard one team used Rumble at some point. I might root for them. it's always been "Whichever team uses my favorite characters" for esports. =\

Samung Blue, can you imagine the Yasuo skin that would get made for Dade? DO WANT.

They missed worlds last year, but they've looked amazingly strong all year in OGN, I want to see them succeed. Though I'd be happy to see their Sister team White win as well, I've been a fan of the Samung teams since back when they MVP still.
