Stretching the game out to 2-52 is extremely excessive BM, they could have ended probably 15 minutes earlier. A warning for that is understandable as it serves to do nothing but humiliate the team. But getting a warning for target banning your enemy's most played champions? Sorry, what? It's not rox's fault that vaevictis chose to put 5 egirls on a pro team.
Also when teams like c9 5 man fountain dive to get 1 player a penta, riot is perfectly fine with that, even though it's undoubtedly "intentionally stretching out the match". The only reason it's not okay here is because it's an all female team. Interesting equality.
If team Vaevictis was comprised of solely midgets, would Rox get a warning for banning 5 yordles? This fukken PC safe space mentality is seriously going too far, it was a tactical choice that actually made sense.

I understand the punishment for intentionally making the match unnecessarily long, but I don't see a reason why there is punishment for banning only support champions. If the female team only plays support mainly, why are they there in the first place? For me it's more disrespectful that they are allowed to play in a professional environment, than picking people that actually can play all roles If needed.

I mean, I sorta agree with OP that Vaevictis shouldn't be putting up subpar players just because they're women, but fricking hell, I'd personally rather surrender than have to play a ridiculous 2:52 game regardless of which team I'm on. That's some tedious shit right there. You have to be purely vindictive and lacking professional courtesy to do this to an enemy team. This was pretty obvious BM on Rox's part, intentionally trying to humiliate them purely out of spite.

Vaevictis has also been the center of attention for their 2:52 kill point loss against Vega Squadron this split; Vega Squadron was warned alongside ROX by Riot for “intentionally stretching out” the match. _
I can't believe someone created a team whose most noticeable victories will come from getting others disqualified. How can anyone on/supporting that team read this article and not feel embarrassed.
Ironically, this is actually discrimination against males, an "unqualified all female team" being allowed to play in the LCL just because it's "females" further proves how sexist and discriminating is this and other industries are towards males, if this was a regular male team with equal skill level it wouldn't have been allowed t join, women privileges ladies and gentlemen
