A boards moderator said that i should die

i was talking with ChickenWrap a moderator on boards about stuff on the shacomains discord server untill he said a thing twice and i asked if that was his motto. then he said his mottos and im a tank shaco player sometimes and this is not what the people that represent na.boards should be like.

why is this kind of behaviour allowed by them mods

then i asked if he minds me posting it on boards https://imgur.com/a/C2wAOTo and he banned me on my main account. luckily i have a second account which allowed me to post.

so basically i got banned for playing tank shaco and after someone said that i should die i cant post about it because i got banned.

this is proof that boards are corrupt and censors the users

That scribbled out part says "I got you fam. Updated to a one-hour. Enjoy your ban! :^)" as per your request to unban your account, which you had requested to be banned less than a month ago.

To add on to this -- reducing a ban to a one-hour ban is standard policy for reversing/lifting punishments, so there is nothing in this that is at all atypical (especially since the initial ban was applied after a post by the OP requesting a board ban, with the message that it would be happily lifted when/if desired).

As a friendly warning, do not meme on Discuss the Boards in this manner again. This is a serious board, not GD, and this is not appropriate behavior for this space. It creates community misunderstanding and makes our lives as moderators harder.

The answer to your question is because I take my role as a volunteer for this community seriously, and do not appreciate it when people make that responsibility harder for myself for the team by attempting to create controversy. I'm going to take your answer to mean "I understand, Djinn."

i didnt do it for contreversy. i did it for a ruse where i reveal it but i forgot about this post and i noticed chickenpox saying i went too far and then i remembered. sry m8

Please be aware, community, that Discuss the Boards is a place for serious board-related questions and concerns, and we do not take kindly to attempts to paint other community members -- moderators or not -- in bad lights, especially when doing so in full awareness that the thing we are accusing them of is inaccurate.
