I have 440 points and it seems that I can unlock the championship riven golden chroma but I don’t have the championship riven skin... will this also unlock the skin or I will just get a useless chroma?

You will only get the chroma, just like it says on the name of it Championship Riven (Golden chroma) + icon No skin mentioned anywhere

Why would riot sell 1350 skin + icon + chroma for ONLY 300 tokens?
