The entire LPL was trash this year at worlds. They got a free group with BKT and H2k and struggled against both of those teams. And let's be real the only world class teams in EU atm are OG FNC and C9 was all NA had in the end for the third year in a row and they weren't supposed to be here
I actually expected edg to do worse. Their picks in group stages were so off compared to Msi. They seemed to hit that point where they need better team work not individual talent. While FNC seemed to have that team work but certain players lack individual talent like reign over.
With that said I voted for FNC 3-0
So far, if I had voted for group stages I would have only been wrong for OG, eveything else I called
It's because professional League has become more of a team game, and language differences between these overpaid Koreans and the generally pretty bad Chinese makes it nearly impossible for them to do anything.
Also, Kid can't secure Baron as Kalista. That also hurts them.
i thought they were going to lose. this completely throws off my predictions.
