For most you have to be level 30 and have 16 champions. If you want to play some check out evg tournaments and nxgamers. GL!

they would write it in the description thought if it was required right? there isnt a universal thing where all community events have to be ranked? so technically if they do not specify then anyone can join?

Yes, if they do not specify it in the description, then you can be unranked and join. To be fair, however, most tournaments do require you to be ranked for fairness purposes.
