If SKT wins worlds, do they get another skin?
Just saw the matches today and was wondering if previous world champion teams are able to get another line of skins

Likely, they will. Remember, it's about what champions they used. Zed, Jax, and Zyra are very unlikely to be played again. Vayne likely would be as piglet isn't in the team. And the only real possibility is Lee sin
Most likely. Not the exact same team and a different season. If Riot doesn't and SKT wins worlds, then it would feel like SKT is getting cheated.
I think they definitely could, but they wouldn't be allowed to choose the same champion as their last win. Like if they did in fact take Lee into the game, their jungle would have to choose champion that he used before that.
You also have to take into account that even though it is still SKT it isn't really the same "team" I think they only have 2 members left from the team that won season 3 so most of the players still don't have their own skin yet
