Public Replay Files From LCS

I'm sure this has been something that has been asked for before, but now that the client has a built in replay system it seems like we finally have simple Riot-made infrastructure to make the replays from LCS (and all pro games) public going forward. Having a player hit that download button after each game and posting it on these forums or in some formal archive seems simple enough. Is this in the works, or something that could happen soon?

Personally I want to start doing strategy reviews of pro games on youtube, but only being able to go over what the VOD videos focused on has discouraged me from doing so. For example, how can I do a proper lesson on a particular lane's farming mechanics if the camera always darts away from farming to wherever trading occurs? With a replay file I could focus on any aspect of the game and analyze it from multiple angles as needed.
