Paused Replay Cooldown Bug

Link is to a video of me showing the aspects of the bug described below for clarification purposes.

When in a replay loaded through the new client if you select a champion their ability/status effect/summoner cooldowns counting to tick even while paused. Resuming the game does not resolve the issue, as they continue to tick ahead of schedule accounting for the time lapsed during the pause.

This is not resolved by selecting a different champion and the re-selecting the original champion for ability/summoner cooldowns, though this does reset the status effect. If paused, one can re-select a champion at will to see their status effect cooldowns reset properly only to then tick down while still paused.

The cooldowns for abilities/summoner spells only properly reset if you jump to a different time in the recording then jump back to the previous time.

The audio for things like recall also plays to completion when paused, which while far less important might be a sign of what code is causing the cooldown bug.

Note the cooldown displays on the left and right of the screen for all 10 champions do not share this bug, it is only for the screen displayed when selecting a specific champion.

I'd greatly appreciate this being fixed so when I go into replays to analyze different situations I can see an accurate representation of which spells were available/what cc was active.
