To be fair, their second match of that week was waaay more noteworthy. Not only did they blow another giant lead against a far better team, but they did so using a team comp that realistically should never actually lose late-game. After that week and with all the tilt-worthy moments it had, I would not be surprised to see them drop out of the lcs entirely next week when the relegation tournament happens. They had a chance to be 6-10 and in sole possession of 7th place, but due to their inability to utilize giant leads couldn't close the games. Teams like Apex aren't going to be any more forgiving to them, and will probably eat them for breakfast.

Blame GP/Nauts wave clear and ZZ'rot. They literally couldn't siege if they wanted to. That's why they were incapable of knocking down Nexus turrets with two different buffs that make it easier to take down turrets.

Any way the reason they lost is because Jhin canceled his recall when EF tried to backdoor. If he would have returned he would have likely two shotted the NId and they could have definitely Zoned the Alistair. Then Corki would have been left alone in EF base to take the Nexus.

I'm an Echo Fox fan, so my opinion is biased to say the least. But that game was amazing in how it turned out, how many calls were wrong, and how that one fight cost DIG the game. But it's a problem Dig has seen before, and after against Immortals. If DIG knew how to push advantages well instead of those paltry barons and dragons, they would have won. Hard.

Its funny people think NA is such a joke, when I just happened to watch a bit of the LCK last night, and the LZ vs CJ series last night. And, it was literally 3 straight games of fails. I mean monumental, Dig vs Fox, fails. Every game was an hour+. You had people starting fights and not having enough mana to ult(Game 3 kindred picked a fight and didnt have mana to ult, causing her team to get cleaned up). You had a team trying to backdoor with Kench, forgetting to finish the inhibitor, not being able to end, having to attempt to run out of the base because they couldnt attack the damn nexus turrets for not finishing the inhib, getting caught, then the terrible enemy team poppy ulting the one person they could kill, to safety. You had a bot lane go full moron mode and over-leash gromp at lvl 1, both getting chunked to sub 50% off the gromp and having to go to lane at lvl 1 with no hp. I could go on and on about the fails in that series.

And the ironic thing about the entire thing, was listening to the LCK casters talk about how bad NA LCS is, as I watch junglers go full hai-amumu mode not having mana for their ults, and all these fails. Thats just a couple of the fails. The games went 60-70 minutes, and not from expert play. From full on, moronic fails. Even the random baron starts ala EU/NA LCS where a team has no clue what to do so they just go yolo baron. From the enemy adc just flashing over a wall for no reason into a jungler and dying.

IT was literally a shit-show. And the entire time, you got Monte and some other moron, talking about how bad NA LCS is, as I watch this crap go on.

The korean kool-aid is rediculous in this game. IF you dont believe me, go watch the damn vod for how bad that series was. That was epic levels of just bad. Just damn bad play.

Monte and Helios also talked shit about the matches between Longzhu and CJ Entus, BETWEEN Longzhu and CJ Entus. Especially how CJ loves to lose the early and mid-game, and hope that they can turtle up long enough for their scaling. Did they crap all over NA LCS? Yep. I would too, if I saw a certain team GIVE the Rift Herald a fucking double kill, or a tower netting a double kill on the opposite team, like I dunno...that Renegades vs Dignitas match. Seriously, that takes a special kind of "drunk on fail" fuckery to pull that off from both NA LCS teams. Throws, upon throws, upon throws. But the two casters also crapped all over the two Korean teams in the Longzhu/CJ Entus series.

By the way, the NA region IS currently a joke. You've got TSM floundering around with their inconsistencies, Dignitas and Renegades constantly shitting the bed during this split. Even IMT has shown that they aren't bulletproof. And when was the last time you saw NA have real international success, not counting 2015 IEM Katowice?

After watching the EU though, I think that March Madness has banged them with surprises as well within the past 24 hours.
