Not receiving my teampass mission reward

I completed a mission where i got the better icon and was supposed to get the esports ward aswell, however i didn't receive it. I completed the mission yesterday and thought i would wait and maybe it would arrive today, but it still hasn't arrived. should i wait longer? am i ever going receive it?

Same here... I just won't every spend real dollars on a "Team Pass" type promotion again.
