Top: Upgrade shen to S, remove jayce from the list completely.
Jungle: Evelynn won't make it at world, too easy to counter.Graves to A, Rek and Grag to S like they have always been.
Mid: Jayce removed.Don't know why you love him so much hahaha.Rest seems pretty legit.
ADC:Lucian down to A, Ashe probably up to S and caitlyn not in it.Could add Tristana to A though depending on the team comp they are running.
Support: Seems pretty legit, i doubt we'll see thresh and nami though.Maybe once or twice but probably not more than that.

I dont really think Zilean and Jayce are S tier. Zilean seems like more of a counterpick and I dont think i've seen a Jayce all year. but then again i have only been watching C9 games and random EU games while i waited for C9 to start so its safe to say i might have just missed Jayce. Kassadin has been pretty pick/ban over in the EU games i watched so maybe he could show up
Considering how much Gangplank we've seen in the "First Brick" meta already, I'd put him at S-tier pick/ban too.
What about Sivir for ad carries?
