The Other EU LCS Stage

I follow the LCS very closely during both Spring and Summer seasons, but when it's off-season I sometimes pass on news so I don't know if this has been covered before, but I still wanted to ask.

During the 2016 EU LCS Season, there were two stages used:

The second one being the stage used for all the 2017 games, but that's what I'm confused about: What happened to the other bigger stage?
