C9 letting Jensen was an awful idea.

Jensen is one of the best if not the best mid laners in NA. Not only did you lose one of the best mid laners, that mid laner went to the strongest team. I see a good year for TL. Now C9 just needs to push Licorice out as well to join TL.

Hey change happens. And it's not like he burned bridges as far as anyone knows.

Why write off one change with a single game sample size as a complete failure?

Riot ' Sorry Jensen but you need to leave C9' Jensen ' Why ? ' Riot ' You and C9 are making NA look bad at Worlds! You see, by only having C9 advance out of groups 3x in the past 4 years and the other NA teams 0-8 you guys are making our "Golden Boys"(Bjergsen/Doublelift) look bad.' Riot ' Now, go join TL and help carry D-Lift at Worlds/MSI and we're even, deal?' Jensen ' Deal, I suppose' Riot ' Pimping ain't easy'

First, Jensen was never a great mid laner to begin with. He was overhyped for how little he did after winning lane. He would consistently get advantages early but never use them to help the rest of his team. Second, details can be sketchy about if a player wants to leave or if the team doesn't want to resign the player. Jensen may have wanted to leave C9 and get more money or C9 may have wanted to move on from a player that didn't live up to the hype. Finally, Jensen never should have been allowed to re-enter the pro scene anyway, the sooner he's gone for good the better.
