Why is she so consistently banned? the one or two games I've seen her in where she wasn't banned she didn't seem to make much of a bang. And I never see her in soloQ (although I'm bronze, so that might explain it). What is it that makes her so scary??

LeBlanc is a very powerful champion if you know what you're doing. She's a ranged assassin/mage with waveclear and good roaming thanks to her mimicked ultimate. A fed LeBlanc is as scary as a fed Fizz. She will delete you if she gets ahead.
