Hello there League Members. My name is Layne and i go to a 4 year university in Kansas, where we have a fairly decent league of legends population at... we unfortunately don't have an actual team but a college in our league has a $5,000 scholarship for those at their college for their esports program. i want to start our own program here but basically i don't have any idea where we would compete.. so my question.. If i start an esports team, what site or where could we go to compete as a school/team

You could join the colligiate scene. I believe Riot has recently posted quite a bit reguarding the NACC. Make a team from people in your school, then talk to whoever it is necessary to in order to join the NACC.

Or you could just join one of the many online tournaments. Not as official as the NACC, but they are prized tournaments.
