Summoner Icons for LPL, LCK, etc.

Are these ever going to be released for Season 5 in the store? And others for the lesser heralded leagues? I mean these must take virtually no effort to put up, generate income for both Riot and the teams, yet for whatever reason NA has only been able to purchase NA/EU LCS icons for the entire season so far.
