Why did Fusion Gaming not play in the expansion tourney yet?

I'm confused. I can't find the games anywhere but it says Fusion Gaming is currently 2-0. Does anyone know what happen? I want the full story, but not a complete essay. Thank you!

Confusion had to forfeit for some reason, they explained it on stream last week. Can't remember why they forfeited though.
