Does anyone else get discouraged watching NA team get totally stomped at worlds? C9 won one game but all the other games for all NA teams were one sided stompfests. Even 100t surrendered.

Pretty much. And 100t didn't ff, Rekkles destroyed nexus.
NA typically starts off 'decent' at Worlds with either 2-0 or 3-0 leads but falls off in the second half. One has to wonder just how bad will NA be in the second half this year, considering NA is sucking the big D so far.
no one in NA cares about worlds, they just say that to make people think they care. I wouldn't give two craps about winning worlds if I make 300k a year by just existing.
Nothing new here. Another world, another year where NA is just embarassing to watch.
Liquid, C9 and 100T all 1-2 to begin and it won't get any easier for them. I hate doing EU VS NA comparisons, but they have been performing so much better so far. We have Fnatic and G2 both 2-1 and Vitality are impressive so far even if they are 1-2 (they threw the game VS C9).
Unlike NA, EU are actually not meta slaves and they play to the strengths of their teams, not afraid to bring out picks like Heimer, Sivir or Eiko. Thier overall performance is also much better. NA are playing so passive or make stupid engages at wrong times (Like that Blaber engage in C9 vs Gen.G...).
I honestly don't expect a single NA team to get our of groups this year.
Well C9 just beat RNG and rising up in wins ... so it's fair to say they're making a big comeback. Sure they struggle a lot, but when they win- they shine brightly.
