Is spectator mode gone?
I don't see the option to spectate high level games anymore and I can't find it anywhere. Has the mode been disabled?

Spectator Mode was disabled for a while because problems with Riots upstream provider, and there was a Service Status alert saying they were working on it. It was fixed, but high elo matches aren't being shown again yet, I don't know why.
Try going to LoL Spectator or LoL Nexus to watch high elo games. Match recording programs like Lolrecorder and BaronReplays have this built in.
