What do you have to do to become a coach ?

I dont think im the only one when i say that i would love a career in gaming and if i was to get a job that included games. id love to be a coach for a team because sport has been something in my life and ive always been interested in the coaching side of it but, gaming has been an even bigger part of my life and putting coaching and games together would just be a dream job. ive always wondered how these coaches in the lcs have got where they have got today and id just love to be in their position.
