I would much rather put TSM into A tier rather than G2... Europe has been shit in general this season, it's difficult to really say how much skill they have since it could be the equivalent of a 15-year-old beating a 5-year-old at soccer or a 25-year-old beating a 5-year-old at soccer... TSM has dealt with C9, IMT, and CLG (to a lesser extent). All of which can at least be considered a group of teens in my analogy.
Note: I understand age doesn't equate to skill in soccer, but you get the point that I was trying to make.
I also don't see how Splyce is on the same level as C9, AHQ, or H2K... effectively the same thinking with G2, but they have no international experience at all. IMay will have a better shot imo considering they were putting up good fights with RNG and WE (don't recall how it went against EDG).
I'd also put RNG above Flash Wolves, but that's based on performance that is pretty outdated and I haven't seen Flash Wolves play recently, so can't make an accurate a call tbh.
Pretty much agree with everything else though.

This seems like it was written by a guy who only knows general information about professional LoL regions with Taiwan being the exception.
-Koreans are good -NA does bad at worlds -EUROPE sometimes does well at worlds, or at least I think they do -China seems strong, maybe, idk, who cares -Here let me give you a million reasons why the LMS is almost as good as the LCK even though that's based off of nothing
You can definitely make a case for all of these things to be true, but this writer didn't really. He just made broad assumptions for most of his rankings as though they are obviously true, even though besides Korea being dominate and the wildcard regions not doing well, none of these things are obvious.
This guy is even worse than the NA hype squad.
