Complete Pick/Ban Stats for 4.10 Competitive

Since about the start of the summer split, I've been recording statistics on picks and bans in competitive play. A lot of times, even when the information is available online, it's either difficult to consolidate (think having to open every single game individually on Leaguepedia), or isn't updated regularly (also think Leaguepedia). I was originally just compiling this for a few friend's benefit, but I figured this could be a good opportunity to help out others on the community beta who're interested in this sort of thing.

A few caveats - I only watch EULCS, NALCS and OGN Champions, so those are the leagues that this information is drawn from. I don't include Challenger Series from NA or EU, or NLB from Korea. I'd ideally like to include LPL, but for the time being I don't really have the time to watch it, especially because it happens an hour or two before sunrise in my time zone.
