Notifications for Games I'm Watching

Since there is a method of knowing whether we are watching given esports matches (the worlds missions make that clear), is it possible to disable the client's notifications for matches that I am actively watching? It's like when you're sitting through the trailers before a movie and one of them is advertising the film you're about to watch.
