[Gameplay] Karthus' Death Makes an Area Untargetable for Movement.

Following the end of his passive, each of Karthus' deaths creates a black shadow, the centre of which cannot be clicked on for movement. Other champions can move from one side to the other by clicking on terrain on the far side as normal, but clicking on the shadow itself yields no results. The shadow lasts until Karthus' death timer expires and he revives.

Steps for replication:

1. Enter match against opponent playing Karthus
2. Kill Karthus
3. Wait for passive to end

I first noticed this against a Karthus using the base skin, and subsequently tested it with Fnatic and Pentakill. Each skin yielded the same result. Team choice also does not matter.
