Ban adderall from E-Sports
It's well known players in E-Sports use adderall to improve focus. It needs to be banned. http://www.techinsider.io/esports-doping-scandal-investigated-by-espns-otl-2016-1

The E-sports scene is already rife with massive corruption, and the drugs are just the tip of the iceberg.
Adderall should be treated just like any other performance enhancing drug, but my only question is, what about people who are prescribed adderall? Granted, I have a feeling someone with ADD/ADHD would have issues playing a videogame at that level, but it could happen. Would they still be at an unfair advantage?
For those with ADD/ADHD adderall has a slightly different effect, yes it does improve concentration but it affects them in a different way. I have a couple friends who do have ADD, and one with pretty bad ADHD and when he takes his Adderall he doesn't have any better concentration than me, but when he hasn't taken it he is all over the place. Where I have seen people who don't have it and take some, they can concentrate on an entirely different level.
People with any sort of disorder are at a disadvantage when that disorder affects performance in something. If someone with ADHD/ADD takes adderall to function at the average person's level that isn't any sort of advantage they're receiving
Or make it a requirement so everyone is on the same level
Not possible. One person or another will be allergic to it or have serious side effects.
Adderall is actually a pretty safe drug, it's been researched and regulated since before our parents were born
It sets a very bad precedent. The Olympics already have extreme corruption scandals going on over doping.. As soon as that "competitive edge" is gone, people are just going to go to the next stage; either take higher doses, or get something harder. Don't even get me started on the monkey see, monkey do attitude of the League community.

Sad that people need to abuse prescription drugs to win.
