Are we allowed to use our own keypads/gaming mice at lcs and other competitions?

while watching some of the lcs games I noticed the players often bring/take their own keyboards/mice.

I'd like to someday play in lcs or some lesser tourney but I'm pretty use to my razor tartarus

Am I allowed to bring these and use them or do I have to use the stuff they give you?
