Maybe this is the year that TSM just needs to take a step back...

I think TSM needs to restructure their organization. They need to give more chances to rookies, and possibly look into getting a challenger team. This should be done without regards to international tournaments. I feel as though since Season 4 they are putting WAY too much pressure to succeed. SKT missed their chance to defend their title in Season 4, and came back even stronger in Season 5.

TL;DR TSM needs to look further ahead than this season's worlds, and restructure the team/organization going forward into future seasons.

You cant afford to sit back until teams are locked in. Look at Dignitas. The only reason CLG can is because they have the most important piece to a team already: A shot-caller. This is something TSM doesn't have. So, they just have to throw talent at the problem until they do. Being cheap and trying people out is what got Dig relegated. Regi is smart enough not to do that.

You can't launch rookies if you don't have a decent coaching staff. TSM has lacked that throughout all these seasons, and tbh, TSM has alway have had the pressure to succeed but they never delivered at international level, the shortlasted S4 success was basically an oddity caused by a perfect storm that helped NA teams raise to their best while EU teams were sinking down mainly for internal problems rather than lack of talent (at least for top teams, S4 EU was kinda bad per se)

If Regi would coach the entire split I really think TSM could do crazy stuff. Yellowstar is leaving too, maybe they'll find a shot aller
