Doesn't need items to be effective since he can steal stats and health from enemies. Can peel decently and make picks with pillar. It can work in certain situations. It can also be complete garbage in other situations.
All I have 2 say on the matter
Why do they play him supp.. He's OP in jungle.. Fuck meta picks, pick Trundle and bash their skulls in!

Didnt you get bored with always SAME HEROES. Are you going to happy if they pick thresh janna fcking again? You must be supporting new heroes so people finally give up gragas reksai jungle.
His passive doesn't require him to farm to heal (like Cho would), he just needs to be near the wave to heal.
He can start with Relic Shield and help heal his carry, although he won't be terribly effective until 6 when he gets his ult.
Works best against tanky supports obviously, poke ones would give him trouble.

turns out he worked out well, lol was it a serious pick? we'll find out in the coming weeks.
I guess because of the slows he has, hes a good tank, his passive works with an adc (gets heals when minions die), His q slows them, his W creates a field of slow and speed for him, his e knocks people back, and his R shred armour.......sounds good to me.
