Question about people who work as shoutcasters.
It states that they should be diamond or higher. What if they fall to platinum when already working as a shoutcaster?

Where does it say that they need to be diamond or higher? If memory serves, competitive players need to be Diamond 3 or higher, not shoutcasters.
If that were the case, Riv and PastryTime would not be casting. To go further than NA, Stress, Pira, Quickshot, PapaSmithy, Achilios, probably Atlus and Pulse, list can go on.
