[Skin Idea]Thunderstorm Karthus

I know already has a plenty of skins and he got one not too long ago + he's not popular but still... just an idea which I got from the thunderstorm down there which made my electricity go off for a hour or so :D leave feedback + your ideas on improving the skins are welcome(making an ability more awesome, thunder related for example)

**Looks:**I don't really know how the clothes should look like, but pretty sure that in lighter colours. Maybe make some lines onto them which light up when casting an ability.

Abilities;

Sound effects: Well to make this a good skin, it should have different sounds on abilities than usually. Obviously because right now we're dealing with lightning. Sounds also depending on the abilities.(For example on Q not too loud cracking, but on R something louder and more powerful)

**(Passive) Death Defied:**Nothing to really change there I think. Maybe just change the color to something more lightning like but it's not that much needed I think.

(Q) Lay Waste: A small electric cirle appears onto the ground, then a thin bolt of lightning strikes into the ground.

(W) Wall of Pain: The ends of the wall are metallic poles. There are slightly transparent blue lines between the poles. When an unit moves through, electricity moves from one pole to another. There are sparks too around the unit which is moving through the wall. Both sparks and electricity is stopped when no unit is in the wall. Kind of like an electric fence.

(E) Defile: Dark stormy clouds swirl around Karthus, blasting enemy units with little electric bolts.

(R) Requiem: A huge thunderbolt strikes down onto the enemy champion.

Other fun ideas: Maybe add a quote or few targeted to . Example: "The powers you creature possess are unique, interesting even. Mind if I lend them?"

The more the greater: The lightning bolts grow slightly(Q,E,R) based on Karthus's Ability Power. Maybe increase the sound volume too,(because bigger lightning should create a louder sound)nothing too much though, just a little bit. We don't want blown speakers/headphones.
