Petition for Riot update about replays. * /r/leagueoflegends

TL;DR Let Riot know a replay system matters to you Hello again, you may remember me from this thread asking for Riot to release LCS replays for general consumption. After a short lived stay on the frontpage the community outcry for a replay system seems to have fallen on deaf ears. I'm asking the community to come together again, and make your voice heard. I believe League of Legends could very well be the #1 eSport in 2015, and I think as an eSport it's about time we get the replay functionality it takes to analyze your games with a fine tooth comb. I know for a fact, that Riot has not completely ignored this issue. For a short time PBE users had a tentative replay system, but which has since disappeared with no word from Riot on if a replacement is even in the works. After all the great work Riot has done improving the look, feel, and gameplay on the new summoners rift, one can understand how something like replays has been put on the back-burner. However, I am beginning to fear that because the community is silent about this issue, it will continue just being a side-project. I am well aware that there are alternative options available, but too many League players aren't aware of those options, or are unable to utilize them without sacrificing client stability. My message is simple, in League of Legends is to follow in the footsteps of other great eSports, and perhaps even surpass them: We, (the pros, the challengers, the bronze, the coaches, the level 5's), need replays to elevate gameplay, enhance strategic diversity, and improve ourselves playing a game we all love. Besides, think of how many more epic plays we'll have on youtube if every game had a replay by default. ;)
