What timezone is the schedule in?
The site said a match started at 3am, I checked in every hour from 2 to 4 and it hadn't started. :<

The timezone should match to yours; for mine it does. But keep in mind that Official English LPL broadcasts are 5 days out the week: exceptions being Thursday and Friday, hence why you couldn't find it.
On those days there is an unofficial English cast but that doesn't count to the quest.
