Mordekaiser didn't get a dragon ghost

Hello, In a recent game I duo killed a dragon as Mordekaiser with my jungler - an Irelia. When Irelia secured the kill, I did not get a ghost. I am unsure if it's related, but Irelia is using the new jungle enchantment. Thank you
