Lets make a more challenging champion chip.......

How about we make the champion chip aka LCS more challenging. It would be cool if we can vote before the match to restrict champions...For example in twitch chat it will have a vote for random champions each match.The maximum amount of champions to vote on are five but the maximum amount to be restricted is 2.I have been thinking that you can restrict items but i think that's to broken.
