Kha'Zix vs Rengar "The Hunt"
Why the commentators keep talking about the "The Hunt" event, like it could happen? If it's disabled in Ranked modes, I suppose it is also disabled in competitive play, isn't it?

It can still happen in ranked, the quest comes up and there is a winner, the team gets the victory passive, but there are no buffs given in ranked
