Is a gameboard allowed/ used in LCS?

I believe for LCS all equipment is supplied by Riot meaning it i standardized

Pretty sure they get to use their sponsor's mice and equipment. Or, whatever they feel like using. Like, Kerp used to use a trackball.

Its more the fact that that equipment just isn't that great. What does it really do over a keyboard? And, it may use a specific software, which I dont think is allowed in competitive gaming. Software, that is.

Because software allows macros and specific setups that are not normal. I mean right now, I could easily set my side mouse button to use item+W and pull off ward plays on Lee Sin at the speed of light like some pro if I really felt like it.
