A LCS Scoreboard App?

I love watching and following League, but work doesn't always allow me the time to watch the matches. I know we have the VoD's, but i use those only if i see an unusual win/loss or a match I was looking forward to. Otherwise, I just want to know what is going on when I am not able to get to a computer because I have to make a living. A simple Scoreboard app that would show who won/lost for completed games and who's winning with a current in-game for games in progress. I am sadly not computer savvy enough to create such a thing, but think it would be a viable League App.
