Thinking of hosting a viewing party in Cambridge MA for LCS finals

I want to host a viewing party for the LCS world championship in cambridge MA. I am the chef at an up an comming sports bar. My concern is that it's on a saterday night at prime time 7:30pm. We have a side room with a 100 inch flat screen we could dedicate to the game but it's hard to tell if people will actually show. If no one comes or even worse like 3 kids show up buy nothing and waist the space it will look really bad for me. Basically I just wanna know how Manny of you would actually go out to a bar have a few drinks and cheer for your team if they were showing the game.
