Support Ticket with Replay footage.

Periscope (NA) Moderator - They have all the replay footage, so attaching replay footage isn't necessary.

on another topic a specialist said they don't look at replay... what is true ?

I don’t actually know the process Riot Support uses when evaluating punishments.

For chat related problems, they probably don’t look at the replay, but gameplay related offenses I imagine they would.

Thank you for your precise answer. So the only thing we can be certain is we don't know atm.

From this Discussion: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/Wh0u25wT-a-bard-game?show=flat&page=2

You should have carried the game. You obviously aren't skilled enough. The only constant is you. Professional players rank up no problem. Match making is fine. MMR is accurate.

This player was looking for guidance regarding another group of players surrendering instead of winning the game. Your comment was removed, as at the basest, it is not addressing the OP's issue. The PB board is for assisting others regarding in-game punishments, and telling them to carry a game where others were intent on surrendering does not appear helpful.

Finally, there was no warning message issued with your removal.

I reported the comment, and I doubt I'm the only one.

Tabling the "helpful" distinction that Periscope mentioned above for a moment, you were clearly just trolling. The OP in that game lost because his four-man team randomly surrendered in a winning position. This has absolutely nothing to do with who was carrying, MMR, matchmaking, etc. You just wanted to throw an insult and hopefully trigger a response, which is classic forum trolling.

I'm genuinely surprised you still have posting privileges.

How is that being too authoritative when it's all correct informative statements?

Riot support does have access to the replays, and then the mod gave their opinion on what they felt standard procedure was likely in the case of related offences. They even made it clear that their second statement was not made with official certainty.

no, you dont need to link the replay they will go get it themselves and review it with the chat logs on hand which is something the replay link wouldnt have, and most gameplay related issues like trolling or inting have logs to back up the person in questions intent and often prove whether or not it was just a bad game

hope this helps the initial question btw

There is also clear favoritism, I've been censored for just saying the word "fuck" in a thread they didn't like. While you could find like 10 other people using the same words.

"People are allowed to play whatever the f*ck they want. Only an a**hole would think he is right to decide what other people have a right to play."

I guess that's toxic to say in a thread where someone is saying he is justified in banning the champion you are hoverring.
