but the comment i was replying to of some asshole being sarcastic and rude for no reason on a post where i already had my question answered, therefore his comment was completely unnecessary and uneeded and they were clearing doing it just to be a "jerk" which your policy is clearly against, but his comment wasnt being removed and mine was?

yall are heavily biased on the boards after 2 years of coming here its really noticeable.

It's possible the other comment wasn't reported, or just hasn't been handled yet. We don't have a magical all-seeing eye, so things can slip by occasionally. It's also possible it was deemed to be sarcastic rather than offensive, and sarcasm is tolerated unless it crosses a line into being offensive.
