The Need Of More Discussion Boards

While I like to see league prosper, their boards are not exactly in a good spot. More and more I often see mods trying to oversee of the conflicts which constantly bombard them and wishing to reappropriate the rules to make things easier for them. From my take on it, each part of the game requires a separate board of its own. Vague topics like "newbie help and tips to conquer your current problem" vs ban, champion pick and rune select, both fall under Gameplay. Even upcoming events and what choice of skin to take can still fall under the Gameplay discussion board. All I am saying is that more discussion boards are needed (particularly aimed at "the game") because some posts are removed for simple mistakes while others stay on because the community identifies it differently.

As the number of Boards increase, the harder it generally is to identify where it belongs; however, a similar issue could occur if there are too few categories. I think an In-Game events sub-board could be beneficial, but really the goal should be re-evaluating which sub-boards should be split into other boards and re-defining sub-board guidelines so there's less ambiguity.

Take this non-answer as an acknowledgement that sub-boards and their guidelines could and should be clarified, and we're open to suggestions as to what those changes should entail, and that while we do have folks who have/are working on updates for boards like Memes & Games and Gameplay, we don't currently have anyone (as far as I'm aware) working on re-vamping Boards sub-board organization as a whole (which I think is what is necessary, but a tall task nonetheless).
