Debate subforum

So I realized something earlier...We've been calling out for a rework of the toxic upvote/downvote system, regardless of the fact that it must be a pain to code. Why not just create one or several subforums that have the exact same features as the New Player Advice, but with "Debate" as the title instead? They surely have the means to add and remove subforums, and make them like New Player Advice, meaning no upvoting or downvoting.

That way, the people who simply want to come to the boards to discuss topics, and not be prone to the toxic reddit-like upvote/downvote system, can find a subforum of our own.

Think about it Riot. It would be so easy...
