So... asking the meaning of the concept that I would be punished about, is "not adhering to the posting guidelines for the Player Behavior sub-board." ???? all was written there is :

so what is do you mean by spam exactly? let me shape this question it in another way... what does riot think the spam is whither in the game or in a board ?

There isn't a hard rule. The Boards are moderated by a team of volunteers. When a post is reported, they review the content and made a determination if it violates the Universal Rules and, if so, what should be done.

let me shape this question it in another way... what does riot think the spam is whither in the game or in a board ?

In-game chat restrictions are applied by Riot.

On the Boards, we consider the following behaviors to be low-effort:

Duplicate posts, especially where no new content has been added.
Copy/Paste posts.
Linking to unrelated or semi-related posts in another person's thread.
