Attempting to reconnect + crush until the match ends

this bug occur to me since Odyssey patch . some matches i got dc till the end of the game some time the dc occur on early game so my team remake some time late game at start i thought it is was my connection is bad or something , but after i checked i found everything fine , and this bug still happening any ideas ?
