Things you must know about penalty system (PART 2)

Now it is the time for the part 2, and ill talk about the support team , the way they provided me with help.

So after what happens above I went directly to submit a ticket support team to know why I got the ban, at first, Blitz Bot respond telling me the reason -which I didn't knew the penalty it self was automated- why I got punished, after that 4 Player Support Specialist contacted me and my experience with them was not satisfying at all.

So to not stray about from the topic which it state " Things you must know about penalty system " from my experience with them :

1- your words well toke as it's own no matter what reason you write it for. and well not be viewed as what you think it would, means literally you well be charged literally as simple as it sound, so avoid using words like "ff , useless , report, troll , and izi" those well lead you to get restricted straight way and be used against you no matter what.

" We are taking the chat from one side and that being your because first, we cannot discuss with you matters that involve other accounts or players so we'll discuss only your chat logs and second, we do not consider one player's actions to justify another's. Just because you've encountered negative behavior in your games, it does not give you an excuse to be negative in return. **2- the penalty of chat limit and honor drop wont be removed and you well be taking by any way any reason to prove it at you, so don't try to discus it, it well lead you no where. ** as said before, your literal words well be used against you and your chat well be expressed by the view of the Specialist, as I said, 4 Specialist contacted me and each one of them has a separate view of describing what happens, none of them was exact, and ill discuss that on the third part of this thread.

"All in all, after checking(and double checking) the account and the chat-logs, the restriction you received was placed accordingly, and we cannot remove or modify it due to the fact that you created a negative environment for others." -Naagaens Player Support Specialist

3- things you must not do in match nor with support team " Defending yourself , respond to others negativity , getting tilted/trigger by any means ". again all well be used against you the moment it shows on you, so take care.My advice here don't use the chat other than directing your team-mate as iv'e been told by the Support Specialist, ** or you may regret it someday **

"If someone is negative towards you, you just have to mind your game and report them after and we will take care of it. "Defending yourself", "he started first", "he said worse things" aren't excuses." -Ayame Player Support Specialist

4- the Spamming definition may be a bit different here so take care. before I had my long journey with the support team i was thinking "Spamming" is a word that describe repeating same thing over time in a mean-less way, now you should add another Definition of spamming to your knowledge, here it means "replaying to others in a contentious way" as what I get, doing that and respond to any negativity that directed towards you well consider as spam and well be a reason to be used agents you.

"Additionally, starting a chat fight and replying every few seconds in order to keep the argument alive leads to spamming, seeing as at that point, the only purpose of those replies is to taunt or negatively impact/trigger the other player/players." - Iron Melon Player Support Specialist "negativity does not refer only to using swear words, cursing or using "bad" words, it can also contain chat spamming, placing blame on others, targeting other players, hate speech, calling for false reports and overall bringing down the morale of the team." -kiddo Player Support Specialist

So here ill end part 2, showing "Things you must know about penalty system" that you normal player may doesn't know about it, I didn't know most of that me myself, and yet I got to take the penalty , next time ill be talking about myself so until then...
