I have to say, it's a 10/10 from me. Very little wait time, all inquiries were addressed and it was very professional. There was no hint of ill will or predetermined guilt or emotional compromise. I even got the records pulled so I could understand how and why things were done the way they were. The best part is there's enough sympathy for you to feel as if you're not being talked to by a bot.
