My boards profile is wrong

When I go to my boards profile it takes me to an account that used to have the name I now have which is some level 20 account, how do I fix this? I've tried the sync tool and it doesn't work either.

This is something that the sync tool is not currently able to fix. I’ve forwarded the info and this should be resolved asap. Sorry for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: Everything should now be all good to go. Let me know if you encounter any further issues.
